50+50 Watt Hi-Fi Power Amplifier Circuit with PCB Assembly Single Supply

Image
Hello   friends,  Welcome to   Electronics Tube India .   Today in this blog we will be sharing you an amazing power amplifier circuit that is capable of driving two 12-inch woofer or speakers. The maximum power output of this amplifier circuit is 50-Watts per channel. This is stereo power amplifier circuit so total output power of the circuit is 100-Watts (if the input transformer rating is 24 volts capable of delivering 6 amps of current). This is a single supply power amplifier so it does not employ any dual power supplies, hence reduces the cost of building. The circuit is built around famous audio amplifier chip  TDA2030  and pairs of   MJE3055 (NPN-75Watt)  and  MJE2955(PNP-75Watt) .The pair of mentioned transistors are added at the output stage of TDA-2030 to increase the output of amplifier. The use of TDA2030 audio amplifier chip provides Hi-Fi sound quality. The stability of this amplifier is very good. The audio chip along with the power transistors should be mounted

Water Tank Overflow Indicator Circuit diagram with Alarm using only one Mosfet

Image
Hello friends , Welcome to Electronics Tube Blogspot. Today in this blog we will be sharing information about the very simple circuit for water tank full indication with an alarm tone. The most insane thing about the circuit is that it only uses a single n-channel mosfet along with few resistors. The concept of the circuit is based on the fact that when gate and drains pin get shorted by the path provided by water, it turns the mosfet on due to which the circuit for the led and the buzzer gets completed and hence both led as well as the  buzzer gets turned on. (*Mosfet has a very high input impedance hence it requires only few volts on its gate to turn on) Below is the circuit diagram of the project for  Simplest water Tank Full Indicator with Alarm : This is an amazing project for electronics learners. Stereo pre-amp lm358 Signal Amplification | LM358 Hi-Fi stereo circuit diagram | Audio Pre-amp

Image
Hello friends, Today in this blog I will be sharing a circuit for stereo pre-amp using lm358. The circuit is very easy to build and is powered using a single power supply 5 volts to 12 volts. Signal Amplification:    In certain cases the output signal from some of the audio sources is comparatively less for the output driver stages, in such cases we employ a pre-amp circuit to increase the overall gain of the audio signal. Increasing the amplitude of the signal without any kind of distortion or change in frequency band of the input signal is known as signal amplification. However the use of coupling capacitors in the circuit limits the low frequency response of the signal. Here below I am sharing the screenshot of the input and output waveform of 1khz sine wave signal. The gain calculated in this circuit was 5 times the input signal. About Circuit : The circuit is built around popular op-amp LM358. It is a dual operational amplifier. LM358 is cheaply and easily available

Dark Sensor Experiment using LDR, BC547 and LED

Image
Hello friends, In this blog I am sharing the information on concept and working of a LDR based Transistor switch. This circuit has a wide application in various dark sensing systems. Concept and working of the circuit  : The working of the circuit totally depends upon the LDR. Light Dependent Resistor is a special kind of resistor whose resistance changes by differing the amount of light falling on LDR. In this circuit I am using a LDR whose resistance decreases in light condition and increases in dark condition. Using this property we are creating a voltage divider circuit using a LDR and a normal resistor by connecting both in series. So when amount of light falling changes on LDR it creates different output voltages. We know that any transistor requires 0.7v(For Si) on its base to turn on and start conducting. So we are creating a voltage divider circuit such that in normal (light condition) condition the output of voltage divider is less than 0.5v and in dark condition it

Best 5 Power Transistors for Audio Power Amplifiers | Complementary Pairs

Hello friends, In this blog we will be discussing about some famous audio power transistors that can be found easily online or at any nearby store. If you are designing a power audio amplifier it is very important to choose the best power transistors for the output stage. There are varieties of Power transistors available around the market. But before choosing the power transistors for the power amplifiers one must know about the necessary specs for design such as wattage , power supply range, current handling capacity, etc. Here below I am providing the  List of top Power Transistors  that are being widely used in high power amplifiers. LIST OF COMPLEMENTARY POWER TRANSISTORS : #1. TIP 3055 NPN and TIP 2955 PNP Complementary Pair Transistors   These transistors are widely used in old design class AB-type amplifiers. The maximum power dissipation of the Transistor is 90-Watts. It as well comes in metal case packing and it's power dissipation is 120-Watts. The other package i

How to repair a dead induction cooker , step by step procedure explained

Image
Hello friends, Welcome to  Electronics Tube  In this blog I will be sharing some information on troubleshooting of induction cookers. Nowadays there are variety of brands manufacturing different types of induction cooker. However the topology of the main circuit is common in all induction. An induction cooker transfers electrical energy by induction through the induction coil into vessel made up of ferromagnetic material . It consists of a induction coil that is driven through an IGBT ( Insulated Gate Bipolar Junction Transistors) which is further driven by a logic pcb board that consists of a microprocessor or any microcontroller depending upon the design. The IGBT imparts power in the induction coil that creates electromagnetic waves. This electromagnetic wave is used for heating effect to use in cooking. There is a temperature sensor mounted on the top of the induction coil that detects the temperature and sends signal to the logic board about the temperature conditions. T

Hello  Friends,    Welcome to  Electronics Tube  Today in this blog I will be discussing about "How to make 4.1 Amplifier System at home. I am providing the details for the circuit and assembling of the amplifier here. Please read the blog carefully. If there is any issue please comment below : About the Circuit Diagram for 4.1 Channel Amplifer The circuit discussed in this blog is based on a class AB-Type Amplifier and is powered using single supply. The total output power of the circuit is near about *100-Watts. For satellite speakers the output power for each channel is about 10-12 Watts. The satellite speakers could be a woofer speaker (Tweeter connected in parallel) having impedance of 4-ohm and power up to 20 Watts  (4" to 6"). If needed a tone control circuit can be introduced for satellite stage speaker to control the high stage bandwidth (Bass and treble). For satellite speaker I am using a  an 4 different amplifier stages build around the popular TDA 203
